The First Collection Waterfront, Dubai, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel

During my brief transit stay at the First Collection Dubai Waterfront, I was highly impressed by the spacious room equipped with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the canal. The hotel’s location in Business Bay was ideal, being just 17 km from the nearest airport, making it convenient for my travel needs.

I did encounter a minor inconvenience with the bathroom sink design, which occasionally splashed back water when used. Despite this small issue, my overall experience was enjoyable, and I appreciated the hotel’s amenities during my short visit.

Really great experience there. Caring staff and modern place. Location - perfect, really close to Downtown and the centre. New building and great value for money and big size rooms with balcony.

liked staying here, my room was good value for money and big size and had flat-screen television, a safe box, and coffee and tea making equipment. the fact that it overlooked city. i stayed here for 4 days and will come back.

I had a amazing stay at the First, especially enjoying the amazing view from my beautiful waterfront room with the fine Burj Khalifa. The rooftop pool was a highlight, though breakfast options were somewhat repetitive. I highly recommend this hotel!

Good and unbeatable location adjacent to Mall, and Downtown and Burj Khalifa, and private parking. Comfortable bed in twin room with a safe box, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea making machines...

The hotel was located in the center of the city. It also was in Uber taxi...

The Soluna Beach Club Access provided a good and unique waterfront escape right at the hotel.

The confusing location resulted in several taxi rides to the wrong hotel.

I loved how close this place was to all the tourist hotspots! Made exploring super easy and fun. The room was super spacious, and the sea view was stunning. Plus, the breakfast spread was great, catering to every taste imaginable. Really set us up for the day!

The pool area was a total letdown. It was completely overrun by loud guests who were breaking rules, and even security couldn't control them. The cleaning staff were clearly having a tough time too. This really spoiled our relaxation vibe!

The beautiful waterfront room offered fine views of the Burj Khalifa. The rooftop pool experience was nice, especially with the efficiency of the staff. The location was convenient with nearby amenities making daily outings easy. The city view from our balcony added a lovely touch to our mornings.

It was just a perfect match for a brief retreat in Dubai with good price-quality ratio. The staff member from Kenya who delivered room service was very nice and professional. Make sure to check the cleanliness of your room upon arrival.

The stay had comfy rooms with amazing balcony views, direct Soluna Beach Club access, and spacious layouts. I loved how the location was super central. It was a pleasant surprise finding a cozy coffee spot within the hotel, made relaxing so enjoyable. Nadim was a standout, always ready with a smile and assistance when needed.

The bathroom design needed improvement, as it was somewhat awkward, and the noise from nearby rooms was occasionally disruptive.
